Consent to data processing
This is the text you tick a box under when you submit the form. It is short on purpose: consent that cannot be read to the end is not consent.
What you are agreeing to
By submitting the form you agree that we — the three developers named individually in the privacy policy — will process the name, email address, message text and site address, if you gave one you provide, in order to answer your enquiry and discuss possible work.
What happens next
- The submission is stored on our server and reaches us as a Telegram notification.
- Stored with it are the date, the page you wrote from, and a record that consent was given.
- We use your address only to reply. It goes into no mailing list.
- When you touch the form, Google reCAPTCHA loads — it tells a human from a program. Google then receives technical data about your browser and sets its own cookies. Until the form is touched, there is no request to Google.
- We do not pass your data to anyone for their own purposes and do not sell it.
How long it is kept
For as long as a conversation about work is still possible. We will delete it at your request. If a contract grows out of the correspondence, the period will be determined by the contract.
How to withdraw consent
Write to [email protected] — one line is enough, no need to explain why. We will delete the submission and everything connected with it. Withdrawal does not make unlawful what was done before it.
If you do not agree
The form cannot be sent — without this data we simply cannot answer you. But writing directly to [email protected] or to any of us is always possible, and no tick box is needed for that.
Details are in the privacy policy. About analytics and cookies — separately.
